Each episode features a creative mover and shaker from the cultural scene in and around the Thames Delta sharing stories of their then, now and future through seven tracks choices!

For episode one hosted by Harbour Bazaar's Steven Hastings we delighted are to be joined by singer, comedian, radio presenter, actor, MC and all round marvellous fellow AL COOPER-NINE!

Al opens up about the original punk scene in Southend and his time with the Thee Armless Teddies, his move into stand up comedy, radio and theatre plus details of the forthcoming SADIE'S NINE LIVES show at Chelmsford Theatre on the 26th January 2024 featuring Essex Radio presenter and singer Sadie Nine and Husband Al telling all!
